At Wildleaf, we take pride in offering free shipping on all products, with the exception of furniture items. We aim to dispatch your order within three business days of purchase. Typically, you can expect to receive your items within 2-3 weeks. However, please be aware that in some instances, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may extend to 4 weeks or more. Generally, smaller orders tend to arrive more swiftly. At present, our shipping services are limited to addresses within the United States.

In the unlikely event that your package is returned to us due to courier-related issues outside of Wildleaf's control, we will process a refund for your order. This refund will be subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Alternatively, we're open to discussing options for reshipping the product to ensure you receive your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges after this period has elapsed. We kindly request that you inspect your product immediately upon receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Some specialty items are non-returnable and will be clearly marked as such on the product page. All other items can be returned but are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover packaging, labor, and re-listing costs.

For order cancellations, we offer a 72-hour grace period from the time of order placement for a full refund. After this period, cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee as they are considered in progress.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. The sole exception to this policy is if your shipment arrives damaged or destroyed. In such cases, we will initiate a formal claim with the courier service. To process this claim, we'll need your cooperation in providing necessary documentation, including photographs of the box, wrapping, and any damage to the item.

If an item is lost during transit, we will work diligently with you to track its whereabouts. Should the item remain unlocated, we'll collaborate with you to find the best solution.

Once a claim for damaged or lost items is approved by the courier service, we will proceed based on your preference: either processing a refund or arranging for a replacement product. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and resolve any shipping issues as efficiently as possible.

Our products are crafted using natural materials, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. Due to nature's inherent variability, the colors of plants and moss, wood grain patterns, and textures may slightly differ from the images shown. These variations can manifest as knots, lines, color differences, grain patterns, or subtle shadows. Light-colored frames tend to showcase these natural variations more prominently, while darker frames may conceal them to some extent. Additionally, as moss is a natural product, it may emit a mild earthy scent upon arrival, which is normal and will gradually dissipate over time. We do not accept returns based on these natural variations.

Declaration of Handcrafted Uniqueness:

Every item we offer is meticulously handcrafted, not mass-produced. As a result, each piece is unique and may exhibit slight differences from the product images. Our wooden frames are individually cut, assembled, painted, and packaged by hand. The moss is carefully applied manually, ensuring that each design is distinctive. While we strive for excellence, handmade items may possess subtle variations. We take great pride in creating beautiful, natural art pieces and hope you appreciate the uniqueness of each product.
